Thank you for attending #seeingme Exhibition last week!

The #seeingmeexhibition finished on Thursday afternoon last week, almost a week ago already! As I was reflecting back on last week’s events, I realised that it was a HUGE success. I am extremely grateful to each and everyone who intended to be there but couldn’t be there, equally (if not more) grateful to those who attended and spent time at the exhibition to be inspired, but also to face yourself in the mirror and lastly to those who braved the reflection questions and pondered on their own journeys. The feedback received was moving and what I learned from this experience is that we all are going through similar struggles, but we do not have to go through them alone.

What was your experience? Care to share if you haven’t done so already? Which photograph stuck with you and which reflective question got you thinking about your own journey? I also made a big decision.. (drumroll)… DID YOU KNOW… I have decided to open-up the exhibition, images and scripts to companies and businesses who wish to inspire their workforce, teams and clients. That means, if you want to create and inspire resilience in terms of wellness to those around you, this is a unique opportunity to have your own mini-exhibition to inspire and motivate each other!

Please allow me to share one of the feedback messages I received after the exhibition:

“Susan, I don’t know what your journey was like or where you came from to start with. All I know is what I saw yesterday evening at the exhibition. As humans we are all searching for peace, happiness, acceptance, joy, self-worth… but what I enjoyed about the exhibition was that your journey served as a personal check-list to me. Where I could take stock and say – yes, to some questions, and also acknowledge that on so many others that I am still on my own journey towards the next question. Thank you, Susan, for selflessly sharing so that others can learn and be inspired by you. That you are asking the questions which provides me with the inspiration and choice to see myself and take care of my wellness. It takes courage to find the answer within and similarly to share your journey so openly. Well done and keep on keeping on.” – Anonymous.

To those of you who braved the Workshops… well all I can say, is WOW! Thank you for participating, for contributing and for making and taking the most out of the sessions. They were a support to your growth, but man, all of us learned so much from each other! What a wonderful experience and absolute honour to have you joined the journey.

I do want to host a few more workshops, although the end of the year is approaching us soon.

If you are interested in attending a transformational coaching workshop at some point in time (soon), please let me know so I can keep you posted on what happens when. All you have to do is send me an email and you are on the list! Thank you for investing in your own journey and serving others from a place of wellness.

Warm regards

Susan Nel
